Select object type from the list of elements in the IFC file.
Define the calculation formula based on the numeric properties of the element.
Add any necessary properties and build any additional filter.
Specify the WBS item associated with the measurement.
For each element selected the user can see its properties provided in the IFC file.
The properties use is threefold : Element filtering, values calculation and comparing elements.
Models originating from the same model can be compared.
Selecting two models the user views their respective models and a list of modified element properties as well as lists of added/deleted elements. Selecting a row highlights it in the model view.
The user may select a numerical property or use properties to build a formula.

Build a flexible folder-like layout and add the drawings according to project structure.
Add as many as required measurement sheets under each drawing. More than one sheet can be open making it straighforward to copy/paste measurements from one sheet to another.
Measurements are grouped into sheets (architectural, electrical, mechanical etc). The measurements of the sheet in front are highlighted for easy direct access.
The four basic 2d measurement types (count, length, area, volume) are available and for each type there are several methods for efficiently and accurately carrying it out.
Associate each measurement with one or more BOQ items either directly or by using specific formulae.
Use legends, labels and measurement analysis templates for easier figure indentification and checking of results.
Work in the same project with other users. Sheets make it possible for more than one users to work on the same drawing. An open editable sheet is locked for other users till closed.
BOQ items, parameters etc are also locked during editing.
Measurement sheets can be exported in a wide range of formats (dwg, dxf, dgn, bmp, jpg, pdf etc).
Export Measurements and BOQ items in xls format. Filter and sort in specialized forms the data to be exported.
Create custom measurement types with specific parameters and formulae. They are used for more complicated cases such as air duct perimeter area, duct weight e.t.c.
Define parameters that can be used in formulae that relate measurements to BOQ items

Build a flexible folder-like layout and add the drawings according to project structure.
The rebar measurements are organized in a tree-like view with structural elements, sub-structural elements and the steel bars at the lowest level.
Easily check for any errors or omissions either on the drawing or on the tree-view to identify any bars that have not been measured.
Steel bars can be measured in different ways. Draw/select their segments on the drawing or select the respective figure from the library and specify each side’s length.
Each steel bar belongs to a structural element and is automatically given a code. The user specifies the rebar size, link it to a BOQ item and indicate whether it is a main, additional or auxiliary reinforcement.
Optionally set the rebar rotation for a better fit in the resulting tables.
Provide the length of a dimension that a rebar is repeated e.g. across the dimension of a slab, and the total number of rebars is automatically calculated.
Generate detailed reinforcement tables by selecting the rebars to be included.
Export the tables in xls format.
More than 150 ready-made reinforcement shapes with default values built by experienced civil engineers are provided.
Users can add new or modify existing shapes to cover any specific cases.
Metric and Imperial bar sizes tables are available.
